Best Practice Awards

People Report Best Practice Award

People Report™ acknowledges top performing members each year for their leadership and excellences in best people practices.

The “Best People Practices Award” recognizes consistently superior results in any of key areas tracked by People Report, including management retention, employee retention and composite management diversity. Recipients must be members for at least one year.

The “Catalyst Award” recognizes a company that has made significant advances in their people practices, and have sustained those results for at least one year.

The “Heart of the Workplace Award” created in 2002 recognizes a company that models a best people practice that is exceptional in its execution in the workplace, as well as the positive impact it has on the lives of its managers and employees.

The “Legacy Award” is given to one outstanding individual for their Life-Long Dedication to Balancing People and Profits, and making the restaurant industry a great place to work.
