Bill SchafflerCFO/CAOBill Schaffler, CFO/CAO for People Report™ joins the team after 10+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, and a combined 15+ experience in the service sector. Bill has held leadership positions for restaurant company startups, acquisitions, turnarounds and growth during his career and has always had a true passion for maintaining the balance between people and profits from the financial side of the business. Most recently, Bill served as Chief Financial Officer of Dallas-based La Madeleine Bakery Café and Bistro, where he helped reposition the company for increased profitability and new unit growth over the last five years. Prior, he held the post of Director of Finance at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. In addition to working with the Carlson's T.G.I. Fridays and Emerging Brands Divisions, Bill was a key player in Carlson's acquisition and integration of the Pick Up Stix chain as Director of Finance. Bill holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a licensed CPA. He is a past President of the Alumni Executive Board at Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas, Texas, where he still serves. Bill is also an active parent volunteer at Prince of Peace Catholic School in Plano, Texas and currently sits on the Principals' Advisory Board. In addition, he has been a driver for the local area Meals on Wheels effort for many years. Bill's interests outside of work and community revolve mostly around spending time with his wife, Eileen, and their four children. He is also an avid runner and golfer and, thanks to many years of working with chefs, he loves to cook! Contact Information
