Kacy OdenDirector of Member RelationsKacy Oden joins the People Report™ team as the director of membership relations. Kacy provides members with human capital expertise as well as educates the industry on the information that People Report produces annually. Her service centered nature helps her develop lasting, personal relationships with member companies. As an enthusiastic motivator, Kacy has been featured at numerous industry conferences and company events such as the National Restaurant Association Human Resources Study Group, Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers, the Human Resources in Hospitality Conference and Perkin's Restaurants. She has been a successful operator and trainer with more than fifteen years of experience in the restaurant industry. She has held positions with HMS Host as a Brand Director for the successful Chili's Too in airport locations and Brinker International in the role of HR and franchise relations. Most recently, Kacy was the performance development director for member company Carino's Italian Grill where she played a significant role in developing and implementing their new Manager Training program. Kacy is a graduate of the University of Houston where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She is an active member of Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers and the Women's Foodservice Forum, serving on the volunteer committee. Kacy lives in Dallas with her husband Marshall, an accomplished franchise consultant with Brinker International, her son Colin and daughter Kate. She participates actively with the PTA at Colin's school and enjoys travelling with her family, especially to warmer climates as she is a certified SCUBA diver. Contact Information
