Kathy Cavin joins People Report™ as a Human Capital Analyst. Kathy comes to People Report with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University where she studied Economics and Finance. Kathy continued her education at the University of North Texas, graduating with her Master of Science in Economic Research and Management.
Kathy has experience in the US Banking industry, the Oil & Gas industry, and retail market analysis. As a Research Analyst for a technology-oriented market research firm, Kathy was personally responsible for the development of customer segmentation profiles and sales forecasting regression models. Kathy brings to People Report a foundation in econometric theory and practical analyst applications using modern statistical packages.
Kathy enjoys spending time leading her church's youth program as volunteer and taking care of her beagles.
