Melissa PapaleoManager of Marketing & Membership RelationsMelissa Papaleo is the Manager of Marketing and Membership Relations at People Report, where she is responsible for chairing the Best Practices Conference and QSR Workforce Symposium. In addition, Melissa aids in the implementation of all marketing programs and assists with membership relations. Prior to joining People Report in June of 2003, Melissa worked for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). She initially held a position in the Communications department, where she was responsible for press releases, presentations, newsletters and key alliance partnerships focusing on the NRAEF's school-to-career initiatives as well as the scholarships and mentoring program. She transitioned into the sales department, holding a position as a Regional Account Manager for the southeast where she managed and created relationships and key alliances with numerous state restaurant associations and regional restaurant operators and distributors. Melissa graduated from Johnson & Wales University Providence campus where she earned an Associate Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management. Melissa is the recipient of the Johnson & Wales Alumni Award and Leadership Award and a member of Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance and Women's Foodservice Forum where she serves on the volunteer committee. Melissa and her husband Jeff are the proud parents of 4 month old, Sophia Loren Rose Papaleo and reside in Michigan. Contact Information
