Michael HarmsHuman Capital AnalystMichael Harms is the People Report™ Human Capital Analyst responsible for the analysis and collection of data for member companies. Michael specializes in regionalized compensation reporting and high level workforce metrics, as well as content generation for the yearly publications published by People Report such as the Workforce Index and Workforce Report. Michael comes to People Report with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, with additional study in engineering and economics. Prior to his matriculation at SMU, he was a Board of Curators Scholar at the University of Missouri Honors College. A veteran of several political campaigns, and having done extensive research on the effects of varying population segments on litigation rates, Michael brings his analytical skills and his knowledge of survey techniques and emerging demographic trends to People Report. Michael devotes much of his spare time as a core volunteer for the Dallas area Habitat for Humanity and he can often be found driving nails in the city's underdeveloped neighborhoods on the weekends.
