Nancy ThomasDirector of Operation ServicesAs Director of Operation Services at People Report™, Nancy Thomas is responsible for Membership Support, Report Production, Conference & Meeting Coordinator, Creative Design, Accounting and Office Management. Ms. Thomas began her progressive career with People Report™'s affiliate company, American Service Management Resources, Inc. in 1987. Throughout her career with ASMR she held the positions of Hospitality Recruiter as well as Assistant Controller. As a Hospitality Recruiter, Nancy specialized in placement of full service operations management, restaurant accounting and administrative positions. Many clients continue to recognize her commitment to the service industry. Prior to her impressive tenure with ASMR and People Report™, Nancy spent seven years in the banking and financial service industry in operations and customer service. Nancy obtained her degree in Business Management from Duff's Business Institute of Pittsburgh, PA. She is currently enrolled in career development courses as part of her continued education.
