Shyam Patel is the Vice President & Senior Human Capital Analyst responsible for the design of People Report products and reports. He has been with People Report over five years and has lead the Human Capital Analyst team to build the Quarterly Report and the Workforce Index now featured in Nation's Restaurant News.
Shyam comes to People Report™ with a Bachelor Of Science In Economics from Eastern Michigan University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Shyam's diverse work experiences include quantitative analysis, econometrics and working with statistical packages such as SAS, Limdep, and Eviews. After earning his Bachelors, Shyam held a graduate assistantship in support of a presidential initiative to study the economic impact of Eastern Michigan University on the local community, surrounding areas, and Michigan as a whole. Shyam also spent his summer as an Americorp VISTA volunteer.
