Recognized as one of the industry's best training and human resource executives, Teresa Siriani, President of People Report brings passion, commitment, and 15+ years of operations and human resources experience to the People Report team. With a life-long career in the restaurant business, Teresa's knowledge and passion for helping operators with best people practices informs People Report surveys and presentations.
She has been instrumental in the design of the industry leading Survey of Unit Level Employment Practices as well as the People Report Independent Operator report which has been launched in multiple cities across the country.
Teresa joined People Report™ in July 2001 after serving as Vice-President of Human Resources for Wolfgang Puck Food Company. Her career also includes positions in operations, training and development, and human resources for Peasant Restaurants and Restaurants Unlimited.
A frequent and highly respected industry speaker and panelist, Teresa currently serves as director of community involvement for CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers), and as a member of the Share Our Strength Los Angeles Leadership Council. She is a recipient of the Elliot Hospitality "Motivator of the Year" Award, and the CHART "Commitment" and "President's Circle" Awards.
Teresa is a graduate of UCLA, with a B.A. in Social Psychology. She served on the Advisory Board of People Report until she joined the company. Teresa has devoted herself tirelessly to working with Share Our Strength, the nation's leading anti-hunger organization; she has served on several city "Taste of the Nation" committees - Seattle, Atlanta, Los Angeles and now Orange County, CA, serves on the Los Angeles Leadership Council and was a co-author of the training manual for Operation Frontline, a program now utilized throughout the country to help educate families in the areas of nutrition and foodservice safety. Teresa is dedicated to the mission of Share Our Strength and knows that together we can end childhood hunger.
