Victor FernandezHuman Capital Analyst & Compensation SpecialistVictor A. Fernandez is the People Report Human Capital Analyst & Compensation Specialist, providing industry research and reports to members. Victor is primarily responsible for producing the Corporate Compensation and Benefits Survey, the industry's largest compensation survey. Victor comes to People Report™ with a Master of Science in Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Before Victor pursued higher education, he graduated from Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala City, Guatemala. He later worked for his Alma matter, as a business consultant conducting profitability analysis and developing a business strategy designed to increase profits by 38%. He also worked at Sabre Inc. in the marketing department creating a new pricing model and conducting competitive analysis. Victor also founded his own business in Guatemala, Doggie Stuff, which caters to dog owners and provides premium dog products. His wife Antonella currently manages the business.
