What if we want to join but cannot track all of the data you report? We have worked with a wide variety of companies whose HR tracking ranged from previously non-existent to entirely computerized. For those new members who have not previously tracked this data internally we have designed a variety of easy to use tracking forms that we help you implement. How often do you collect data from members?We collect and report data quarterly. Is it really necessary to look at this information quarterly, isn’t that too short a period of time to track trends?In some areas, like compensation, quarterly updates are critical. In most areas, like turnover, we report results for the quarter, quarter to quarter, and for a rolling 12 months. In fact, by evaluating trends quarterly we have been able to alert members to predictable quarterly fluctuations that might otherwise have gone unnoticed. Also, collecting and verifying data quarterly results inthe most accurate data possible.
