Dallas – March 11, 2004 –People Report^TM today announced that during the first quarter of 2004, the workforce competitive data collected will represent one in five foodservice employees in chain restaurants with more than 10 units. People Report’s membership is made up of more than 80 chain restaurant concepts.

These companies employ about 36% of the total number of employees and generate almost $1 in sales for each $2.50 generated by the industry. The number of people employed by People Report member companies has surpassed the 500,000 mark a significant threshold in this important industry sector. .
