The People Report Workforce Index™ (WFI) is designed to provide real time analysis of five workforce indicators for the Foodservice Industry.
The WFI is a quarterly indicator of current labor market conditions related to Employment Levels, Recruitment Difficulty, Vacancies, Turnover and Employment Expectations in the Foodservice Industry. This Index provides a unique insight into labor market conditions and benefits food service companies by empowering executives to make more strategic decisions regarding recruitment practices in response to real time market conditions.
